On 2 October 2025, The Madras Sanskrit College formally inaugurated its new AI-driven digital transformation initiative with a traditional kuttu vilakku lighting ceremony, marking the beginning of a significant journey to integrate Artificial Intelligence into Sanskrit education, research, and digitization.
